From global thinking to local action

Through the " Stravillia(is) Giving Back " program, we encourage our employees to dedicate time to serving the community. We allocate 20 hours per year to each employee to take part in volunteering activities, whether in individual or collective projects. We also carry out pro bono actions, putting our skills at the service of non-profit organizations.

We work side by side with organizations that share our vision, supporting initiatives that promote inclusion, social entrepreneurship and sustainability.

Passa Sabi Association

From 2022 to 2024, we supported the Passa Sabi Association in carrying out an organizational diagnosis, identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement in its internal management. Passa Sabi is a community-based association that develops cultural, social, educational and sports activities for children, young people and adults, in order to guarantee equal access and opportunities for all.

SEMEAR

Since 2022, we have been carrying out collective volunteering actions at SEMEAR, a socio-professional inclusion program for young people and adults with IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Difficulties).

Zambujal 360º

Stravillia celebrated its 4th anniversary in 2024 with a guided tour of the open-air Urban Art Gallery on the 17 SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), as part of the Zambujal 360º Project. Following the visit to the Zambujal neighborhood, the team painted 2 staircases with the support of the families of some of the employees, residents of the neighborhood and young people from the Center for Studies for Social Integration (CESIS).
