On 21 August 2025 , we had the privilege of delivering a workshop with the candidates for Miss Cape Verdean – Portugal , led by Helder Delgado, MSc, Eng.  and Isabel Fernandes . Within the Ubuntu philosophy , “I am because you are”, we found inspiration to cultivate servant leadership , to dream collectively and to give strength to ideas born from our interdependence.
