#StravilliaParticipates | Portugal is the first country in the world to celebrate National Sustainability Day, established on 25 September to coincide with the anniversary of the publication of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for 2030 by the United Nations. In honour of this day, Stravillia focused on deepening its knowledge across various dimensions of sustainability and is currently participating in two distinct events organised by partner organisations! 😊

At the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, our Senior Manager Helder Delgado, MSc, Eng., is attending the International Conference – ESG Strategy for Exporting SMEs. Organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and the Sea, and aicep Portugal Global, the event features 7 panels and 50 speakers, based on the premise that SMEs represent 50% of global employment and are therefore essential to a comprehensive sustainable development strategy.

Meanwhile, our Managing Partner Francisco Neves and Consultant Ana Amendoeira Cabral are attending the 3rd Navigator/Expresso Conference – Planted Forests: Environmental, Social and Economic Responses, held at the Impresa Building. Through the various panels taking place throughout the day, the event highlights the importance of forests as drivers of sustainability across environmental, social, and economic pillars.
