Stravillia Giving Back: sowing impact with SEMEAR

Since 2019, Stravillia Sustainability Hub has regularly participated in volunteer activities with SEMEAR, especially during the Christmas season. On December 16, our people once again rolled up their sleeves for our greater purpose: Inspiring action to give the future back to People and the Planet
We joined forces with the SEMEAR organization to help prepare their Christmas hampers, which have such an impact on the organization's sustainability. This is one of the opportunities that, throughout the year, allow us not only to consolidate the knowledge acquired by SEMEAR Academia students, but also to deliver SEMEAR-branded products to hundreds of homes, both in terms of raw materials and final product and packaging, some of which are produced with the help of local partners (available at Mercearia Gourmet).
SEMEAR is an organization that promotes the development of skills in people with intellectual disabilities through psychosocial empowerment, training, and socio-professional inclusion programs. Like Stravillia Sustainability Hub, SEMEAR also believes in the importance of involving its stakeholders, including families, companies, health networks, and, of course, the surrounding community.
Aligned with the values of a more inclusive and sustainable society and contributing to a brighter future for People and the Planet, we bring our People together to make this a bilateral and enriching experience. Thank you, SEMEAR, for continuing to inspire us and for once again opening your doors to us.
And because the season calls for it and we never turn down a table laden with food and good company, we complemented this initiative in true StravilliaWay style with the 2025 Christmas Lunch.
It is in this spirit of unity and cohesion between our people and the community we are part of that we like to build our relationships, always hoping that the year ahead will also bring us new opportunities for growth.
