Empathy in Recruitment using AI

#StravilliaParticipa |  Stravillia Sustainability Hub was present yesterday at Universidade Católica Portuguesa  for the event “Empathy in Recruitment using AI”, organized by the Careers & Talent Office of the School of Business & Economics.

This session was part of the welcome program for Master’s students, in which Ana Escórcio Soares  and Cristina Carita took part in a design-thinking-based activity using an empathy map to identify the “Pains & Gains” of the recruitment and selection process.

During the event, several groups of students had the opportunity to question recruiters, and be questioned by them, creating an environment of empathy and shared perspectives on how both candidates and recruiters experience the recruitment process and its different stages.
