Manager Cristina Carita Attends Empathy in Recruitment Event Organized by Universidade Católica Portuguesa

#StravilliaParticipates | Last week, our Manager Cristina Carita attended the Empathy in Recruitment event organized by Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where she shared part of her extensive experience in employability with young students from various countries.

“I always learn a lot from young people, who ask relevant and disruptive questions that make us think outside the box. Analysing recruitment through different perspectives enriches our work and helps identify areas for improvement. It was a truly rewarding afternoon,” said Cristina Carita.

As part of welcoming Master’s students, Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon organised an activity on “Pains & Gains” in Recruitment, inviting various company representatives to both interview and be interviewed by over 600 students of diverse nationalities.
