Last Saturday, September 14, the Miss Cabo-Verdiana Portugal 2024 Gala took place, and Stravillia is proud to have supported this competition, which goes far beyond beauty! 💫
Over several weeks, the participants were empowered through workshops on leadership, communication, diversity and inclusion, personal development, etiquette, and financial literacy, among others, equipping them with tools for a promising future and contributing to the empowerment of Cape Verdean women. 🚀
Stravillia contributed in various ways, from providing office space for workshops to the participation of our manager, Helder Delgado, MSc, Eng., of Cape Verdean origin, as a trainer. He covered key topics such as Servant Leadership and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, reinforcing our mission to create positive and sustainable global impact. 🌍 Additionally, Stravillia Sustainability Hub will support Elisa Gomes, from Santiago Island, Cape Verde, the winner of the competition, in developing her social project. 💡
We would also like to highlight the collaboration of our partner, Capacitare Lda, through Carla Marina Santos, who led a personal development workshop. Collaborations like this are extremely inspiring for us, as we work hand in hand with our partners to build a better world, where empowering people for the future is our greatest motivation. 🌟
