This project was carried out at the Carlos Alberto Gonçalves School, on Santiago Island (Cape Verde), with the aim of tackling period poverty and promoting access to information, products, and dignified conditions within the school environment.

During the Gala, Elisa presented to the audience the results achieved in 2025, highlighting the relevance and positive impact of the initiative.

In 2025 we managed to:

- Donate a sewing machine;

- Equip young women with new skills;

- Raise funds for the production of menstrual kits;

- Deliver kits containing a pouch, pads, and an informational leaflet to students;

- Produce an educational film about menstruation.

This is just the beginning of a journey we are determined to continue.

At Stravillia, we believe that creating sustainable social impact is part of our mission: to ensure that no girl is left behind.

We congratulate the new Miss Cape Verdean Portugal 2025, Edmilsa Silva, and reaffirm our commitment to supporting the development of her project, strengthening our dedication to continue investing in initiatives that foster inclusion, equality, and sustainability in Cape Verde and other contexts where we can generate positive impact.
