#StravilliaParticipates | On November 12, the Stravillia Sustainability Hub took part in the RUMO 2024 session – an employability event for students of the Portuguese Catholic University (Porto), at the invitation of Maria Lopes Cardoso.
With the support of Márcia Barbosa in preparing the presentation, Cristina Carita participated in the panel on “Artificial Intelligence in Recruitment and Selection Processes,” addressing topics such as intergenerational coexistence and differing expectations and motivations; trends in the labour market and recruitment processes; and the advantages, disadvantages, and challenges of using artificial intelligence from both the recruiters’ and candidates’ perspectives.
During this session, several thought-provoking questions arose, encouraging reflection not only among participants but also among the speakers, regarding the intelligent use of tools to enable a more effective job search.
We look forward to continuing to participate in such events, inspiring the discussion of innovative topics shaping the future of work.
