At Stravillia Sustainability Hub, we consider Performance Management to be an essential pillar in the growth of our people. Therefore, we continue to move forward with actions that strengthen and elevate this process, guiding the continuous evolution of our team.
As previously stated, the review of our performance management system for 2025 is already underway, reflecting our commitment to a more participatory, evolutionary approach that is aligned with our values. This new model, based on a 360º assessment approach, aims to promote a more comprehensive, fair, and constructive view of individual and collective performance.
In this context, on November 24, we held a practical training session dedicated to this new performance management model, empowering our teams to implement it in a more conscious, collaborative, and continuous growth-oriented manner.
We believe that sustainability begins with people. That is why we invest in processes that strengthen their development, reinforce trust, and promote a culture of constructive feedback and constant evolution.
