🌍 Ubuntu Servant Leadership Workshop 🌍

On August 21, 2025, we had the privilege of facilitating a workshop with the candidates for Miss Cabo-Verde – Portugal, led by Helder Delgado, MSc, Eng. and Isabel Fernandes.
Through the Ubuntu philosophy, “I am because you are” , we find inspiration to nurture servant leadership, dream collectively, and empower the ideas that are born from our shared interdependence.
From the conversations and exercises, seeds of the future emerged:
🌱 Protection of children who are victims of violence
🌱 Empowerment of Cabo-Verdean women
🌱 Educational support and access to learning materials
🌱 Inclusion of children with disabilities
🌱 A world without wars, with peace and dignity
🌱 Less poverty and more job opportunities
🌱 Accessible food for all
🌱 A safe, healthy, and just environment for the next generations
More than a beauty pageant, this is a true program of empowerment for Cabo-Verdean women, creating space for each candidate to discover herself as a leader, a change-maker, and an inspiration to her community.
