Webinar “When Talent Matters: Preparing Teams, Empowering Careers” featuring Maria João Morgado

On 30 May, Stravillia Sustainability Hub  had the opportunity to participate, together with the Instituto Nacional para a Reabilitação, I.P., in the webinar organised by APPDI – Associação Portuguesa para a Diversidade e Inclusão, titled “When Talent Matters: Preparing Teams, Empowering Careers.”

This webinar featured the participation of Maria João Morgado PLY, Business Support Manager at Stravillia, who shared the following reflection on the session:

“It was an enriching discussion on the importance of employability for people with disabilities and the pathways to their career progression.

At Stravillia, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to grow and advance, with talent being the true driver of development. Diversity is valued as an asset that strengthens and enriches the entire team.

Thank you to all who contributed to this essential debate towards more inclusive and equitable workplaces. Inclusion is multi-directional, and each of us has a role to play in making it a cross-cutting reality.”
